The massage starts by pumping and opening up the lymph nodes. Then the whole body is addressed with an emphasis on the abdomen. The use of manual and wood therapy is used to flush out toxins, excess waste and bacteria. Faster pace movements are used to target cellulite, break up fascia and sculpt the body at the same time.

The massage should never be painful. Light, medium to firm pressure is used. Depending on genetics and hydration levels, some patients can experience light brushing due to the use of wood therapy but only in rare circumstances.
